water, glucose syrup, whipping cream (milk) (11%), raspberries (10%), sugar, skimmed milk powder, egg (6%), milk, coconut oil, starch, wheat flour, citrus fibre, thickener (carrageenan), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), raising agents (ammonium carbonates, potassium carbonates, potassium tartrates), natural flavourings, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent (pectin), elderberry extract, acidity regulators (citric acid, tricalcium citrate).
