If you plan to arrive on Friday evening, please join us for an informal drinks reception in the iconic Media Centre at Lord’s. Not only an opportunity to catch up with your colleagues, but also a rare chance to explore this famous venue.

Unfortunately we do have restrictions on numbers for this event so please RSVP early to guarantee your space. 

The main event! We are busy planning a packed agenda for the Conference which will focus on plans for growth. Further details will be communicated nearer the time. 

We hope you can join us in the evening to celebrate local achievements at our Gala Awards Dinner which is being held in the prestigious Long Room in the Grade II* listed clubhouse.

We are using the Danubius Hotel for this event, conveniently located just a 5 minute walk away from Lord's - in fact you can see the ground itself from some bedrooms! 

You can choose to extend your stay and book a bedroom for the Friday night too if required, this cost is payable. If you book a room for Friday night we will re-charge you after the event at a cost of £108.33 (ex VAT) for single occupancy / £116.67 (ex VAT) for double occupancy.

Lord’s is very close to the centre of London and therefore easy to reach by public transport or by road if you would rather drive.

Please note the two entrances at Lord’s – please enter via the North Gate if you are attending the Friday night reception and enter via the Grace Gate for the Saturday events. 

St John’s Wood is the closest tube station (approx. a 5 minute walk), and Baker Street, Warwick Avenue, Marylebone and Edgeware Road are all within a 15 minute walk.

The nearest main line railway station is Marylebone which is on the Chiltern Line (approx. a 10 minute walk).

Paddington Station is not far way for services to the West and South-West England (approx. a 20 minute walk).
Euston, King’s Cross and St Pancras International stations are only a short journey away.

If you choose to drive there is limited parking available at the Danubius Hotel which is allocated on a first come first served basis. Parking is charged at £30 per day from time of arrival until 12pm the day of checkout. Please contact the hotel directly to check availability.

Please note there is no parking available at Lord’s.
